Details
DBT has been known to help those who experience anxiety by focusing on four main areas:
- mindfulness
- distress tolerance
- emotional regulation and
- interpersonal effectiveness.
There will be a maximum of 8 participants in each group. Minimal homework will be assigned over the weeks. The instructors will take an integrative aproach to applying DBT intervention skills tailored to participants.
