Adam Lefevre ...continued

ProfilePhoto (1).jpg

Adam’s professional history shows his dedication to helping others in times of crisis and in everyday life. As a paramedic, he learned to extend the care provided beyond the emergency to include the mental health of his patients, their family members, and his colleagues. Adam aims to combine this experience with his education to provide a trauma-informed and person-centered counselling environment.

Adam’s unique experiences enable him to work with first-responders, those with difficulties managing stress, and people undergoing life transitions. Adam looks to work with people from adolescence to all adult ages to help them recognize, embrace, and apply their strengths and values. Adam draws from multiple psychology theories towards becoming an integrated therapist.

Adam is a proud father who enjoys reading, creating art, and staying active through yoga and seasonal sports.
