Natalie Morrow is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, who completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology, holds a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Human Services  and has a Diploma in Justice Studies.

Natalie honours the therapeutic space and alliance, as she collaborates with her clients to understand present concerns, and future goals. She values her clients’ insights and strengths and works from a client centred approach.

Her background in mental health has been dedicated to providing support to those in crisis, trauma, and those who have experienced suicidal ideation. Her practice includes working with individuals and families who are experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Grief, Anger, Self Esteem, PTSD and Complex Trauma. Her area of speciality is neurological aspects of trauma, concentrated around the nervous system.

Natalie uses a combination of holistic and evidence based treatments that are grounded in Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy , Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT), with Embodied techniques. The modalities she draws from are Trauma Informed Practices, Cognitive Processing, and Trauma Focused-CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness DBT, Somatic Awareness & Techniques, Strength Based and Solution Focused Therapy.

Outside of Therapy Natalie enjoys staying busy with her family; running to sports and activities. She enjoys taking time in nature, practicing yoga, and eating cake.
