Kristen integrates mindfulness, somatic work, IFS-informed approaches, and nature-based practices to help clients build resilience, reduce stress, and explore their internal landscapes. With her background in education and embodied practice, she offers a grounded, compassionate space where people can slow down, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate balance in their lives. A current area of special interest is the interplay of neuroscience and yoga in the treatment of trauma.
