Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Alberta and is a former Peace Officer with 25 years of front-line experience. Inspired by a desire to help fellow first responders, she is currently completing her Master's degree in Counselling Psychology.  She draws on strength-based approaches to empower clients to move toward positive change.
