Sarah’s background as a healthcare professional has strengthened her ability to approach psychological well-being through a holistic, integrative lens. With a strong foundation in medicine and community mental health, she is committed to supporting clients by attending to both physical and emotional dimensions of wellness.

With experience in crisis intervention and community support, Sarah is skilled at creating an empowering and nonjudgmental environment that promotes healing, self-awareness, and growth. Sarah has a special interest in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting families through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Her approach is strength-based, drawing on Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients build resilience, identify inner resources, and move toward meaningful change.

As an immigrant herself, Sarah is especially drawn to supporting immigrant individuals and families, including those navigating intergenerational trauma, cultural transitions, and identity shifts. She provides culturally responsive care rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for lived experiences. Sarah is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu and is dedicated to making mental health care more accessible to linguistically and culturally diverse communities.

Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys trying new recipes, watching good films, and spending quality time with her daughters.
