Sara offers both counselling and formal assessments for clients. Sara works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, women’s issues, relationships, identity, grief, life transitions, and personal growth.
Sara offers comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD, mental health, psychoeducational assessments, and Autism assessments.
Sara has worked with individuals of all ages and students at the University of British Columbia’s Psychological Services and Counselling Training Centre and Simon Fraser University’s Health and Counselling Centre. She has completed additional certifications in Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples, cognitive and academic assessments, and the ADOS and ADI-R measures for Autism assessments.
