This program uses Dr. Hannah Louise Belcher’s Taking Off The Mask: Practical Exercises to Help Understand and Minimize the Effects of Autistic Camouflaging to guide you through exercises and self-reflection designed to help you better understand your unique experiences and reduce the emotional toll of pretending to be someone you’re not.
