Are you an autistic individual (18+) with an Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 1 formal diagnosis? Do you feel the need to "mask" or hide your true self in social situations? You're not alone, and there’s support to help you feel more confident and authentic.

This program uses Dr. Hannah Louise Belcher’s Taking Off The Mask: Practical Exercises to Help Understand and Minimize the Effects of Autistic Camouflaging to guide you through exercises and self-reflection designed to help you better understand your unique experiences and reduce the emotional toll of pretending to be someone you’re not.
