Explore common responses to death & loss



Explore your grief experience through internal reflection



 



This free workshop is a precursor to our psychoeducational support group, Griever’s Digest, for those grieving someone who died from terminal illness, beginning in October 2025. Individuals are welcome to attend the free workshop without committing to the group or decide on commitment following the workshop.
