Grief is a complex experience that most of us face, but it rarely comes up in everyday conversation. Griever’s Digest is a space for individuals navigating death and loss, wherever they are in their journey.



Recognizing the impact that shared experiences have on healing, our group offers a safe and supportive space for individuals to learn, understand, make sense of, and experience healing through grief.



What to Expect:


- Expand your understanding of grief and its impact


- Learn different perspectives on death and loss


- Explore the concepts of life, death, and meaning


- Develop coping strategies for navigating grief across the lifespan


- Explore your grief through reflection and experiential activities


- Connect with individuals navigating grief
