Over 4  modules, we will focus on mindfulness, helping you stay present and centred; interpersonal effectiveness, enhancing your relationships; distress tolerance, equipping you to handle crises with grace; and emotional regulation, empowering you to handle your emotions with confidence.
 Treatment plans are tailored to your unique needs within weekly individual therapy sessions, coached calls, and group therapy.
Dates:
March 4th - May 20th
Group Sessions: Tuesdays, 6-8pm
Personal Therapy: scheduled on an individual basis
Coached calls: as needed
Cost:
$2400Â all inÂ
($200/week for 3 hours of therapy)
Sliding scale available on a case by case basis
