Tier 1 Assessments
Psychoeducational Assessments - Kids in Grade 3+
- Parental Interview: 1 hour
- Testing: 4-5 hours
- Scoring/ background review/ Report Writing: 4-5 hours
- Results: 1.5hours
- CAP: $3000.00
Psychoeducational/ Early Detection - Kids in Grade 2 or younger
- Parental Interview: 1 hour
- Testing: 3 hours
- Scoring/ background/ Report Writing: 4 hours
- Results: 1.5 hours
- CAP: $2280.00
Emotional / Anxiety:
- Interviews with parents & backgorund: 2 hour
- Interviews with client: 1 hour
- Results with client: 1.5 hours
- CAP: $1100.00
Tier 2 Assessments
Autism & Full Psychoeducational:
- Parental Interview: 2 hours
- Testing: 5-6 hours
- Scoring/ background review/ Report Writing: 5-6 hours
- Results: 1.5hours
- Disability Tax Credit: 1 hour
- CAP: $4500.00
- Without academics: $3500
ADHD/ Emotional/ Anxiety & Full Psychoeducational:
- Parental Interview: 2 hours
- Testing: 5 hours
- Scoring/ background review/ Report Writing: 5 hours
- Results: 1.5hours
- Observation (optional): 2 hours (including travel)
- Disability Tax Credit: 1 hour
- CAP: $3900.00
