Chelsea's past work experience has been in the areas of family conflict, crisis
intervention and suicide intervention, eating disorders, sexuality, and with the 2SLGBTQ community.
She also has extensive experience in the non-profit sector.
Chelsea works from a client-centered, trauma-informed perspective. She always collaborates with
clients to determine their counselling goals, and operates from a strength-based perspective. She
has completed trainings in Narrative therapy, family therapy, mindfulness, and Gottman therapy.
She has a broad range of clinical interests, including adolescents, 2SLGBTQ individuals, family conflict
and trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, ecoanxiety/ecogrief, and general mental health
concerns. Chelsea is interested in seeing individuals, couples, and families.
Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys yoga, hiking, biking, and spending time with her son, friends,
and family.
